Alan joined the firm in January 1990 and for a quarter century has demonstrated his vast knowledge and keen business acumen in the sale of commercial residential income properties. Alan focuses on the most desirable locations around the Greater Los Angeles Area, especially the prime spots of the San Fernando Valley, West LA, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. Outside of the office, Alan continues to demonstrate his dedication and dependability. He spends considerable quality time with his family and four young granddaughters. Alan and his wife, Cheri, are also part of the non-profit organization, Cats at the Studios, which rescues newborn kittens from the streets and bottle-feeds them until they are old enough for adoption.
