Since joining the firm in 1991, Alan has continuously demonstrated his expertise and extensive knowledge of the Multi-Family real estate market in the Greater Los Angeles area. Over the past few years Alan has extended his multi -unit brokerage skills listing and selling apartment buildings in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert areas of the Coachella Valley. Regardless of where the asset is located, Alan ensures that his clients are receiving as secure of an investment as possible with the opportunity for equity growth and or a beneficial exit strategy. Before working as an Apartment Building broker, Alan worked in management in a variety of sectors including the music business, restaurant, and nightclub business which prepared him not only to be a leader, but an excellent negotiator and problem solver.
